DMCA Policy

At Chocolate Cake Hearts Recipe, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
